The Advanced Force Gauge (Mark 4) is the most versatile and fully-featured instrument offered by Mecmesin. It is housed in a re-styled, ergonomically-shaped, rugged case (machined from a billet of solid aluminium) and powered either by mains adaptor or rechargeable AAA batteries. The force gauge can be used handheld or fixed to a manual or motorised test stand to enable testing under controlled conditions. For added flexibility the AFG is able to recognise data from a range of external `smart` force or torque transducers.
